Formulated Products
Formulated products are designed for customers requiring a ready-to-use solution. They are pre-formulated epoxy products, and are delivered with a hardener.
The performance level of these products is certified. Processing conditions are specified and come with full technical support for the products. These products help avoid extensive efforts required in creating new high performance formulations.
EPOCYL™ HM-01 is a formulated epoxy-based resin system for hot melt pre-preg and pressure molding processes. This grade of Epocyl™ is modified with Nanocyl’s Carbon Nanotube Technology (CNT).
It is specifically developed to enhance the mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced composite materials. This product is mainly geared toward the pre-preg manufacturers.
Masterbatches
Epoxy-based (Bis A or TGMDA) masterbatch products are for customers needing integration of carbon nanotubes inside their own range of products with their own internal formulation knowledge.
