Francis Massin, Chief Executive Officer

Francis Massin holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Liège and a Business Degree from Solvay Business School in Brussels. He also attended INSEAD and IMD. He has more than 20 years experience in scientific, industrial and business development in Europe, Asia and the U.S. He was the former R&D Executive Director of the Electronic Division at Dow Corning, and is now Managing Director of Nanocyl. He is owner of several SMEs.

Monique Lempereur, Global Commercial Executive Director

Monique Lempereur holds a Master’s Degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She has more than 20 years experience in global sales, marketing and management of business development in polymers and coatings with leading companies, including the Albemarle Corporation, CYTEC Industries and Solutia Corporation. She is the owner of a management consulting company.
